Halfbody

Terms of Service (WIP)

  • By working with me, you agree that you have read over and reviewed the given terms.

  • Terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time; you will only be subject to these terms at the given time transactions are complete.

  • Currency will only be in USD and robux and will be transferred through CashApp only. Before I begin working, I request 50% of the total price upfront. I will not do refunds unless I have not begun the work on your commission or if, in the rare occasion, I cannot complete the commission. If I do not receive 50% of the total price within 14 days, I will cancel the commission and reopen my slot. USD commissions will have a priority over robux commissions.

  • Commercial use will cause a 50% extra fee of the total price.

  • As the artist, I retain rights to my work, and you may not feed it into any sort of AI algorithm. You may not commercially reuse my work unless exchanges are discussed. I have the right to post my work on any of my social media platforms unless discussed otherwise.

  • You may repost my work anywhere, with credit (@Q_Uzi).

  • Additional characters will raise the price by 50%. Backgrounds and props may increase price depending on complexity. Prices are negotiable.

  • I am normally a fast worker, and you should expect to receive art back within 2 weeks or earlier. You may ask for a W.I.P. at any time, but please do not rush me.

  • You will receive some mockup(s), the line art after choice, flat colors, and then the full resolution final piece. All of such will have watermarks obscuring the piece until full payment is pledged. All final pieces will have a smaller watermark no matter what.

  • 3 revisions are free at the forefront, but I will begin to charge a percentage of the payment afterward. In extension, please be concise with the information and references you provide to me.

I can do:

  • Shipping/relationships, gore (at a minimum), fanart, thumbnails (for roblox games) and profile pictures

I cannot do:

  • Furry/animal, mecha/armor, NSFW, bara (exaggerated muscles), hard gore, anything offensive or immoral, fetish art

  • Be wary that my skillset can be slightly limited. Please ask me if you are unsure what does and does not apply. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
