By working with me, you agree that you have read over and reviewed the given terms.

Terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time; you will only be subject to these terms at the given time transactions are complete.

Currency will only be in USD (and occasionally Robux, if a good offer is on the table) and will be transferred through PayPal only. Before I begin working, I request 50% of the total price upfront. I will not do refunds unless I have not begun the work on your commission or if, in the rare occasion, I cannot complete the commission. If I do not receive 50% of the total price within 14 days, I will cancel the commission and reopen my slot. In the case of 3d commissions, if payment is refused in the completion process and not received within 30 days, I will sell the final product for the price of what I have not been given. Prices are negotiable.

Commercial use will cause a 50% extra fee of the total price.

As the artist, I retain rights to my work, and you may not feed it into any sort of AI algorithm. You may not commercially reuse my work unless exchanges are discussed. I have the right to post my work on any of my social media platforms unless discussed otherwise.

You may repost my work anywhere, with credit (@Q_Uzi).

I am normally a fast worker, and you should expect to receive art back within 2 weeks or earlier. You may ask for a W.I.P. at any time, but please do not rush me.

You will receive some mockup(s) during my process. All of such will have watermarks obscuring the piece until full payment is pledged. All final pieces will have a smaller watermark no matter what. (for the case of 2d illustrations)

3 revisions are free at the forefront, but I will begin to charge a percentage of the payment afterward. In extension, please be concise with the information and references you provide to me.

Shipping/relationships, gore (at a minimum), fanart, thumbnails (for roblox games), simple renders and profile pictures

Furry/animal, mecha/armor, NSFW, bara (exaggerated muscles), hyperrealism, hard gore, anything offensive or immoral, fetish art, multiple limbs/constraints (for 3d models). I can try fullbody support HOWEVER I do not have the resources to effectively test it out myself so it may be trial and error.

Animation, IK, anything too complex (for 3d modelling)

Be wary that my skillset can be slightly limited. Please ask me if you are unsure what does and does not apply. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
