Terms of service and prices are subject to change at any time; you will only be subject to these terms once transactions are complete.

Currency will only be in USD (and occasionally Robux, if a good offer is on the table) and will be transferred through PayPal/Kofi only. Before I begin working, I request a minimum of 50% of the total price upfront. I will not issue refunds unless I have not begun work on your commission or, on the rare occasion, I cannot complete the commission. If I do not receive 50% of the total price within 14 days, I will cancel the commission and reopen my slot. In the case of 3D commissions, if payment is refused during the completion process and not received within 30 days, I will sell the final product for the price of the outstanding balance. Prices are negotiable.

Commercial use will incur a 100% extra fee on the total price. Any means of income through the use of my content counts as commercial use, including, but not limited to, Roblox games that make money through player engagement and/or gamepasses, livestreaming lucratively with ad payouts and tips, and so on.

As the artist, I retain the rights to my work, and you may not feed it into any sort of AI algorithm. You may not commercially reuse my work unless exchanges are discussed. I have the right to post my work on any of my social media platforms unless discussed otherwise.

You may repost my work anywhere, with credit (@Q_Uzi).

I am normally a fast worker, and you should expect to receive the art back within two weeks or earlier. You may ask for a W.I.P. at any time, but please do not rush me.

You will receive some mockups during my process. All 2d illustrations will have watermarks obscuring the piece until full payment is pledged. All final pieces will have a smaller watermark, no matter what, in the case of 2D illustrations. And in the case of 3D models, you will receive all of the files upon completion, but I can do uploads in the case of VRChat avatars.

Three large revisions are free upfront (revisions that heavily modify the final product), but I will begin to charge an extra 10% of the total payment afterward. In addition, please be concise with the information and references you provide to me, such as detailed references or descriptions of what you want to be created or, in the case of 3D files or avatars, a detailed description of what extra additions need to be implemented, such as toggles, contact interactions, and so on.

Shipping/relationships, gore (at a minimum), fanart, thumbnails (for roblox games), simple renders and profile pictures

Basic contact sender/receiver interactions, particle work (for VRChat)

MMD compatibility (for an extra fee)

multiple limbs/constraints (for 3d models)

Furry/animal, mecha/armor, NSFW, bara (exaggerated muscles), hyperrealism, hard gore, anything offensive or immoral, fetish art. I can try fullbody support HOWEVER I do not have the resources to effectively test it out myself so it may be trial and error. (for 3d models)

Animation, IK, anything too complex (for 3d modelling)

Be wary that my skillset can be slightly limited. Please ask me if you are unsure what does and does not apply. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.
